SHIPPING PROCEDURE
ALL ORDERS TAKE A PROCESSING TIME OF 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS. SHIPPING IS DONE MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY, EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES. ONCE PACKAGES ARE DELIVERED TO THE POST OFFICE, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THEM.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THE CORRECT ADDRESS AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.
Handling and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for reshipping and provide the correct address.
Shipping may take 1-5 business days (PR) and 5-7 business days (EU).
The customer will receive an email with the order confirmation and number. Once the order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email and will be active within 24 hours.
